Frozen Shipping
All meal packs are shipped frozen in a specially designed insulated box with dry ice to ensure they maintain their quality and temperature during transit.

Weekend & Holiday Hold
We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major national holidays. This prevents the frozen product from being held in carrier facilities over the weekend, ensuring maximum freshness upon arrival.

Receiving Your Order
Please make arrangements for the package to be received and the contents to be immediately placed in the refrigerator or freezer upon delivery.
