At God Tier Chicken, we don't just sell chicken; we deliver premium fuel. Because our products are sous-vide and frozen, our shipping process is faster and stricter than standard e-commerce. Please review our policy below to ensure a seamless experience.
1. Order Processing & Modification (The 2-Hour Rule)
To ensure maximum freshness, our fulfillment team begins processing orders rapidly.
- 0 - 2 Hours (Self-Service): Immediately after placing an order, you have a 2-hour window to edit your shipping address or cancel the order directly via the link provided in your confirmation email.
- After 2 Hours ~ Midnight PST: If the 2-hour window has passed, please email us at help@godtierchicken.com before 11:59 PM (PST) on the day of your order.
- โ ๏ธ Important Note on "Packing": If our team has already started packing your box, we cannot cancel or modify the order, even if the status hasn't changed to "Shipped" yet. If packing hasn't started, we will do our best to assist you.
2. Shipping Schedule

Weekend & Holiday Hold: We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major national holidays. This prevents the frozen product from being held in carrier facilities over the weekend, ensuring maximum freshness upon arrival.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We utilize Standard Ground Shipping to ensure your order arrives within 1-3 business days once shipped.
- Orders over $190: โ FREE SHIPPING
- Orders under $190: Flat Rate $9.99
- Transit Time: 1-3 Business Days (depending on location)
4. Where We Ship (Service Area)
We currently offer delivery to the 48 contiguous United States. (Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories at this time.)
We generally do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Delivery & "Arrive Frozen" Guarantee (The 24-Hour Rule)
Your chicken is packed with an insulation liner and dry ice to stay frozen during transit.
- Upon Arrival: It is normal for the dry ice to have evaporated. As long as the chicken is cold to the touch or partially frozen, it is safe to refreeze and consume.
- Issue Reporting: If your package is damaged or arrives thawed (warm to the touch), you must report it to help@godtierchicken.com within 24 hours of the carrier's "Delivered" timestamp.
- Required Photos: To process any claim, you must provide clear photos of:
1. Outer Box (showing condition)
2. Shipping Label (clearly visible)
3. Internal Packaging (insulation & ice packs)
4. Product (showing label & thawed condition)
- โ ๏ธ Exclusions (Negligence): We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed retrieval.
- Quality issues caused by failure to refrigerate or freeze the productย immediately after delivery are not eligible for compensation.
- Exceptions: Issues such as proven carrier delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries are covered.
- Receiving Your Order: Please make arrangements for the package to be received and the contents to be immediately placed in the refrigerator or freezer upon delivery.
