Cancellation policy

Automatic renewals

Your subscription automatically renews at the delivery and billing frequency you select until you cancel. Your subscription price and billing frequency are shown before purchase and in your subscription confirmation.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription online at any time. Log in, go to My Page, select Manage Subscriptions, open Edit My Box, and scroll to Membership Options at the bottom of the page to cancel.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and recurring charges. To prevent the next renewal charge, complete cancellation before that renewal payment is processed.

Orders already charged

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order whose payment has already been processed. That order is handled separately under our order cancellation and refund policy. Cancelling your subscription will still stop subsequent renewals.

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time. For existing subscriptions, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect, including information on how to cancel, as required by applicable law. Subscription fee changes will be communicated within the notice period required by applicable law.
